Spice up any sweet in just five minutes with this super simple whipped cream. Taking a hint from holiday gingerbread flavors, it wraps comforting cinnamon and nutmeg spice in pillows of sweet cream. A taste will make you want to curl up in a big blanket next to a glowing fire with a warm beverage in hand.

I used mine to top off the ultimate gingerbread cookie sundae, complete with gingerbread ice cream and a warm homemade gingerbread cookie. The leftovers topped cups of hot cocoa and pudding. It would also be amazing on pies or cobblers, or as a float on eggnog or other warm holiday beverage.
